Year 6 Blog

 Year 6 revised newspaper vocabulary and looked at a newspaper article. They then identified words that they already knew. They then used a bilingual dictionary to translate the article. They then translated the article, writing a paragraph. 

Year 6 started a new topic all about : What’s in the news. They looked at a few online French newspaper articles and identified the different sections found in a newspaper. They looked at different headlines, labelling the section in which it would be found.   

Year 6 learnt some new vocabulary to describe their imaginary journey to the theme park. They were then given sentences structures which they then used to write descriptive sentences.
